We found a home that we loved. We were contingent on selling our old home in order to purchase this home. Jay came to the rescue and helped us with the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. We only had a couple of weeks to sell our old home otherwise we would’ve not have met the contingency. Jay helped us find an offer that we could not refuse within the short contingency period. During and after this ordeal, he helped us through the way with the sale of the old home and purchase of the new home. I’m a repeat client of Jay Montenegro, he helped me buy our townhouse back in 2015 and helped me sell it this year. Now that says a lot on how wonderful it is to work with Jay Montenegro and his group! They are all hardworking agents and goes above and beyond to help you out. I moved out of state Already and left Jay and his group to do the work. They literally did everything from getting it cleaned, to setting up the house for showing and even having someone to be there to uninstall my alarm system. This review is long overdue. My family was in a situation where we had bought a home earlier in the year. We had no intention of moving anytime soon, but circumstances changed and we needed to accommodate another family member moving in. We were dreading going through the selling and buying process all over. Luckily, we worked with the Montenegro group over the summer. Jay and his team really stepped up for us. The selling process was seamless. After a few open houses we received multiple offers on the property and were able to sell above asking. Our property sold for the highest value in the neighborhood's history. Purchasing a home was challenging. It was a competitive market and there were buyers out there with a lot of cash on hand, but Jay and his team worked hard to find us what we needed. Even when we were out of town, Jay toured homes for us. He ensured that we didn't overpay and moved forward with a sound investment. Big named brokerages, discount brokerages and the new online tech real estate companies come no where close to the level of service Jay curates for his clients; we've work with others, guys don't get caught in the trend, its always the agent that really sells your home, never the company, and Jay and his team are hands down the hardest working and best agents out there if your goal is to buy low or sell high- which it should always be.
